Our Process

Stage 01

This is the most important step, the foundation and creation of the lighting design concept. We'll delve into the interior design, architectural features, and lifestyle factors that will shape the lighting needs.

Stage 02

We take the design concept and transform it into a lighting design proposal. This involves creating detailed plans such as electrical plans, wiring diagrams, wall switches and GPO’s plans, and any documentation that is essential for the build team to execute the design effectively.

Stage 03

Once all essential documentation is reviewed and approved, we'll create the project lighting schedule and quotation to align perfectly with the project's style and budget. We have access to the most renowned local and international lighting suppliers with the best price in the market.

Stage 04

Now is the time to relax and let us manage the lighting fitting supply. It includes on-site visits and supervising installation making sure the lighting placement follows the approved design. We're dedicated to simplifying the lighting design process with stress free and unmatched support.

We were thrilled to be invited to collaborate with the incredible team at Sharks FC on the development of their brand-new Sutherland facilities. From the outset, it was clear this wasn’t just any project, it was an opportunity to help bring to life a space where passion, performance, and community thrive.

By integrating high-performance LED strip lighting, a precision-engineered track lighting system, and anti-glare double downlight installations, we helped create a clean, ultra modern, dynamic environment that reflects the energy and ambition of the club.

Mitch & Mark House Renovation

At The Lighting Outlet, we love a project. So, when Mitch and Mark got in touch and mentioned their beach house renovation in beautiful 76 Grandview Drive, Newport, we couldn’t resist the chance to be involved and help them create something truly special.

Mitch and Mark are no strangers to stunning properties. As hosts of Location Location Location Australia, and winners of The Block 2021, they know what they’re talking about when it comes to finding and designing the perfect home.

The challenge was to strike the perfect balance between a relaxed coastal atmosphere and the luxury the property deserved. With an abundance of natural light, we carefully selected lighting that would enhance the home’s textures and high ceilings while providing warmth and functionality. We might be biased but we think the results are pretty spectacular!

French Provincial | 62 Bundarra Rd, Bellevue Hill

Located in Sydney's affluent eastern suburbs, our recent lighting design venture in 62 Bundarra Rd, Bellevue Hill was enhanced by collaborating with the highly talented interior design team at Made by Alas, drawing inspiration from the chic elegance of French Provincial Style. The client's aim was to boost both the visual allure and practical functionality. They sought lighting that would highlight architectural elements, create a cozy indoor atmosphere, and provide efficient illumination for daily activities, all tailored to their unique taste. To achieve these goals, we developed a lighting design featuring warm white colour temperature light with antique brass and off-white finishes. For the exterior, we incorporated architectural wall fixtures, step lights, and minimalistic landscape lighting to accentuate the home's features. The result is a seamless blend of classic French provincial style with modern lighting solutions, creating a timeless and sophisticated living environment.
