Shipping within Australia

We deliver to metro, regional and remote locations across Australia. For customers in metro postcodes, a flat shipping rate of [INSERT $] applies. For addresses outside metro zones, freight charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on courier rates.

Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability or special-order items.

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We can ship to PO Boxes and parcel lockers only where courier size limits allow. If an order exceeds those limits, we will request an alternative street address before dispatch.

International Orders

International shipping is available subject to:

Authority To Leave (ATL)

All parcels default to signature on delivery. If you request Authority To Leave, you accept full responsibility once the parcel is left at the premises.

No replacements, credits or refunds will be issued for parcels lost, stolen or 
damaged after ATL delivery.

Pickup

Pickup is not available. 
All orders are shipped via courier from our dispatch location.

Booking Electricians / Installers

Please wait until your items have arrived and been inspected before scheduling an  electrician or installer. 
We are not liable for costs associated with missed or rescheduled installation appointments.

Tracking & Communication

You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. 
For time-sensitive delivery needs, please contact us before placing your order and we’ll
