Yes — invoices are issued automatically after purchase, and we can resend them on
request if needed for warranty, installation or accounting purposes.

Standard stocked items can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return must follow our Change-of-Mind policy. Custom-cut or modified items cannot be cancelled once preparation has started.

You may request Authority To Leave at your own risk. Once left at the premises, the delivery is considered complete and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.

condition requirements. Shipping and restocking deductions may apply as set out in our Warranty & Returns Policy.

Faults are handled under warranty. Contact us with proof of purchase and photos and we will assess the claim in line with our warranty process.

Clearance and made-to-order items are generally not returnable for change of mind. Warranty on clearance items is limited to defects only.

Where required by Australian law, installation must be carried out by a licensed electrician. We recommend checking goods on arrival before booking trades to avoid unnecessary call-out costs.

We can provide product guidance, but not electrical instructions. Installation must comply with AS/NZS standards and relevant regulations.

Yes — we can cut profiles and lighting products to size as part of an order. Custom-cut items are not cancellable once preparation starts.

Yes — we supply electricians, builders, shopfitters and design professionals. Trade or bulk pricing is considered on a case-by-case basis.

Yes — email quantities, drawings or a schedule of items and we can prepare a project quote.

Yes — international orders are accepted above the minimum order value. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Yes — invoices can be resent on request and account history can be retrieved if you used the same email when ordering.

No — we operate an administrative registered office only. All orders are dispatched via courier and cannot be collected in person.
